My name is Helen and I’m a 46 year old, happily married mother of three. I’m also a multi-gushing Fangirl and proud of it! My list of favourites is long and varied, and changes at a whim, but Sean Bean has occupied the number one spot for so long that as long as he lets me play with the other boys, I’m happy for him to stay there.

My number two spot is currently occupied quite firmly by TomBoy. The funny thing is that my first reason for seeing 300 was Gerry and then in the lead-up to the release, it was all Fassy. And while I was nursing this newfound crush on Fassy, TomBoy leap-frogged over everyone to land smack-bang in my number two spot.

In Real Life, I am a school crossing supervisor, and Door Greeter extraordinaire at our local Target store. I’m on the school council, and Secretary of the women’s auxiliary at my Church.

I also write fanfiction and adult romance, I play in photoshop, and I run two Live Journal communites.
